The following message is being sent on behalf of Accounts Payable to all
Procard holders and those persons processing VP7 documents.  Forward all
responses to the email address listed below.


Due to errors within the bank software that processes our Procard
transactions, there may be duplicate charges within the current VP7 you
received yesterday.  If your VP7 has a duplicate charge, please email the
VP7 document number to Accounts Payable at [log in to unmask]  Please note the
charge that is duplicated.  We will research and make the correcting entry
in Accounts Payable.
