All,

The Office of Information Technology is very excited to announce its roll out of the Identity Management System (IDM).


Benefits:

·         Make the account creation process a lot easier for administration staff around the campus.

·         Keep UTA’s access provisioning more streamlined, efficient and secure.

When: The transition starts on Thursday March 5th. All account creation requests will be suspended during this period and resumed after IDM is live.

What to expect: New account creation requested after close of business March 4th, will not be ready until IDM is live in production. All new account requests will be tracked and fulfilled when the transition to IDM is complete.

Current Business Process – UTShare appointments entries will automatically trigger an account creation request. There will no longer be a need to fill out other forms.
