August 27th was the last day that any VP document could be created and
approved in FY 2001-2002.

Starting today, August 28th, all VP documents must be created in FY
2002-2003.  Departmental personnel cannot approve these vouchers until
September 3rd.  VP documents having FY 2001-2002 service dates, but
processed after August 27th, will be applied (rolled back) against FY
2001-2002 funds if received by the Office of Accounting and Business
Services by September 6th at 5:00p.m.
