The following message is being sent on behalf of Accounts Payable to all
Procard holders and those persons processing VP7 documents.  Forward all
responses to the email address listed below.

Due to errors in the bank software that processes our Procard
transactions, there may be duplicate charges within the current VP7 that you
received recently.  If your VP7 document has a duplicate charge, please
email the
VP7 document number to Accounts Payable at [log in to unmask]  You will then go
ahead and
APP(Approve)your VP7 electronic document as it is by the December 6th
deadline.
Accounts Payable will research the document and make the necessary
correcting entry in
DEFINE.
