Due to a problem with Bank of America software, the download of October 17,
2001 did not capture all charges and credits.  We have reviewed and tried
numerous reports on the software program to find the missing transactions
but without success.

Therefore, we are asking that you notify us of any charges or credits you
made from approximately Sept 1, 2001 to October 15, 2001 that you have never
received on your VP7 documents.   Please note the date of the transaction,
the amount, and to whom the transaction was made.   Please forward this
information to Paul Goyne at [log in to unmask] or fax to extension 2685.   We
may contact you for future assistance on these transactions as may warrant.
