On August 19th or 20th, you will receive a VP7 document for your charges
posted by Bank of America for the time period July 16th to August 15th.

In order to meet established payment deadlines for end of fiscal year 2002,
the approval deadline for this VP7 will have to be August 27th.  I
understand this is a little shorter period of time than normal issued VP7's
and therefore encourage early planning.  Your efforts in meeting the
approval deadline will be greatly appreciated.
