A change has been made to the online version of the Departmental Policies
and Procedures Manual Template, Part I, XXIII, Copier Machine Use
(http://www-ais2.uta.edu/policy/policy_template/home.htm).  According to
Ethics and the University of Texas at Arlington, A Brief Practical Guide,
"State-issued machines, office supplies, and other equipment are to be used
for institutional purposes only, not for personal or private purposes."
Therefore, copy machines should not be used for personal use.  Please review
the revised document and make the necessary changes to your manual.
