This message is being sent on behalf of Accounting Services.

We have been receiving the following error message on all payment vouchers
created in FY 01/02, but keyed in August, "record date doesn't belong in
fiscal year 01".  To correct this problem, please change the voucher date
(in red) from 090101 to 090401and press ENTER. Your document should then
approve.

         Due to the difficulty we have had this morning, the deadline for
supporting documentation to be received in Accounting and Business Services
will be Wednesday, September 5th at noon.

        Please remember if a voucher was created in FY 00/01 and did not
receive final approval for the check run Friday morning, that voucher has
been returned to you.  You will need to DELETE the voucher and create it
again in FY 01/02.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UPDATE THE DATES ON THE RETURNED
VOUCHER, THEY WILL APPROVE AS NORMAL BUT A CHECK WILL NEVER BE ISSUED.
