UTA Fiscal Regulation and Procedure No. 1-13 states the proper preparation,
authorization, and retention of timecards at UT Arlington.  Please review
that Procedure at the UTA Policy Library on the WEB.

It is imperative that student workers and their supervisors ensure that time
cards that are submitted for payment properly reflect the total actual hours
worked each pay period.  If there is an adjustment to a time card after it
has been signed by both parties and turned in, the supervisor shall make the
needed adjustments.  The supervisor shall then initial adjustments.
