        FY2002 Electronic Reappointments for the Spring will be available on
December 3rd for the following titles:  Part-time Faculty, Teaching &
Research Assistants, Assistant Instructors, and hourly (non-workstudy). This
applies to *all accounts if their current appointments have an ending date
of 12/31/01or later.  Any reappointment that does not match this criteria
will have to be done on an individual electronic appointment.

         *Grants will not be included in the ARM commands due to the many
different end dates of the appointments as well as the various expiration
dates on the grants.  These should be done individually.

All appointment documents should be created and approved by the department
and routed to the Budget Office January 10, 2002.
