and updates regarding DEFINE, the on-line accounting system.  It is
distributed by the Office of Accounting and Business Services, DEFINE

        If you are responsible for creating payments for work study students
in your department, then this message is for you.

        "The work study payroll for August 16th through August 31, 2000 will
be processed differently, so please attend class to learn the proper
procedures to correctly prepare these payroll documents
