(Taiwan) are eligible), India, Pakistan, South Korea, Vietnam, United
Kingdom and dependent territories (Northern Ireland is eligible), Canada,
Mexico, Colombia, Jamaica, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Haiti,
Philippines, Russia
