****REMINDER****
UTA Health Services will be providing TB screenings - Monday, March 29 -
Palo Duro Lounge - 10 am to 3 pm. If you are a student returning to UTA in
the Fall 2004, you MUST complete a TB test before you will be able to
register for classes. Failure to complete this test will result in a hold on
your account and a delay of your registration. Please see

regarding UTA's TB screening policy.
If you wish to avoid the long lines, you may come to the Health Center -
Room 211 - Monday - Friday (except Thursday) from 9:00am to 4:00pm - to
complete the test.
THIS IS YOUR LAST OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE YOUR TEST AT ONE OF OUR
OUTREACHES...AFTER MONDAY, MARCH 29, YOU MUST COME TO HEALTH SERVICES TO
