Payroll and Human Resources Updates. The Payroll Office and Office of Human
Resources are mailing out notices to all international employees at UTA,
requesting that you update the Payment Request Form and Employment
Eligibility Letter for 2002. You may receive the new Payment Request Form in
the mail; if not, you may obtain the new form in the International Office.
Please bring your passport and social security card to the International
Office when you are turning in your completed Payment Request Form. The
updated forms will be sent to the Payroll Office and Office of Human
Resources electronically. There is no need for you to return to the
International Office after you submit your documents.
