Good morning,

Following are this week's activities:

Monday, September 13, 2004
Social Security Shuttles, 8:30am, departing from the north side of
University Center.  Please bring your passport, I-94, I-20 and letter from
the Office of International Education with you in order to ride the shuttle.
There will be one shuttle departing at 8:30am sharp; the first 25 students
will be able to go.  All other students should return for the next available
shuttle the following day.  The shuttle will return from the Social Security
Administration only once all students have had an opportunity to submit
their applications.

CPT Seminar, 2-3pm, San Saba, U.C.
Please be sure and attend this seminar on Curricular Practical Training if
you plan on having an internship this semester or in an upcoming semester.

Tuesday, September 14, 2004
Social Security Shuttles, 8:30am, departing from the north side of
University Center.  Please bring your passport, I-94, I-20 and letter from
the Office of International Education with you in order to ride the shuttle.
There will be one shuttle departing at 8:30am sharp; the first 25 students
will be able to go.  All other students should return for the next available
shuttle the following day.  The shuttle will return from the Social Security
Administration only once all students have had an opportunity to submit
their applications.

Tuesday Talks, 3-4pm, Guadalupe, U.C.
Join the Office of International Education, Student Judicial Affairs and the
UTA Librairies in this free seminar which discusses Academic Integrity.
Find out what Academic Integrity means, and how you can succeed here at UTA.
This event is free and open to the university community, and is of
particular interest to new international students.

Wednesday, September 15, 2004

Driver's License Express, 10am-2pm, Library Mall
If you want to have a Texas ID card, please bring your I-20, passport, I-94
and $15 cash or personal check to the Library Mall to apply for one.  You
may also pick up general information on obtaining a Texas Driver's License,
although applications for new Texas driver's licenses cannot be submitted on
this van.

Thursday, September 16, 2004
