Good afternoon,

This is a reminder that starting Monday, May 3, 2004, the International
Office is implementing a new procedure for immigration inquiries.  In
addition to revised walk-in adivising hours, appointment times, email
advising and our website, we are asking that each student that comes in fill
out a check-in form each time they request service from the International
Office.

Attached is the revised procedure in more detail, complete with a walk-in
advising schedule.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during the
complete transition to this new procedure, and hope that by doing so we
continue to serve students effectively.

Don't forget about our upcoming Employment Seminar (both CPT and OPT) on
Monday, May 3rd from 2-3pm in the Palo Pinto room of the U.C.  This is a
great time to have any last minute questions answered about OPT, as well as
those of you who will be applying for CPT during the summer to have all of
your inquiries answered.
