Here's an opportunity for those of you who like to know about these things.

We are working to alter our Web site so that we can handle these things
differently in the future. The new scheme will be to post positions that
come in (free for AB member firms, $500 for a three-month listing for all
others) and alert students and alumni about each new posting. We will not
post resumes. These changes grew out of discussion at the most recent AB
meeting a week and a half ago. Stay tuned for the announcement of the new
arrangement.

Subject: Research Analyst Position

Dear Dr. Bassler,

I enjoyed meeting you at the Advisory Board meeting. I thought the meeting
went well and was very well-attended. From the perspective of a program
graduate, I know that the students are grateful the opportunity to learn
from and interact with experienced research practitioners and are
appreciative of all the hard work that goes into the meetings.
I also wanted to mention that we are looking to hire a number of Research
Analysts this spring and was hoping you could pass some information along.
Applicants can be either current graduation candidates as well as past
graduates and would need to be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay
area. Thanks for sharing this information - I would be happy to answer any
questions that might come up. (Job description below)
Kind regards,
Jeff Hunter
