This job may be a bit light for the MSMRs, but could be of interest to those
wanting to get a foot into Silicon Valley...heard about it from a past
co-worker and thought you might want to pass it along.

Producer- Market Research
(Location - Santa Clara, CA)
The Yahoo! in this position will be responsible for designing, managing and
analyzing custom research for internal and client audiences. This includes
user surveys, ad effectiveness testing, and focus groups (on and offline).
Specific tasks include questionnaire design, data analysis, and preparation
of presentations and reports for research projects. This position will also
be responsible for planning and implementing new research programs in
conjunction with sales and marketing. Applicant must show strong oral and
written communication skills. Also must be detail oriented, self-motivated,
willing to learn, and work well with others. Some research experience
working with statistical software (SPSS, SAS) is a plus. Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is strongly recommended. A BA in
Business Administration, Marketing, or Market Research is preferred.
