My colleague Roger Dickinson pointed the attached article out to me. The (human) subject is outrageous and the language is a bit raw at times, but the advice seems quite sound. It certainly jibes with advice I've heard from other sources on the topic. I don't think you have to have gone to Yale and Harvard to make the ideas work for you. Enjoy.
