Part two of our three part series on customer service and marketing.  In
this class we will explore the manager's role in providing excellent
customer service.  Topics include:  selecting and training the right
personnel, understanding your customers, viewing customer complaints as a
golden opportunity, using needs assessments and creating an effective
delivery system.

Participants will learn the principles of effective communication.  We will
discuss assertive communication, non-verbal and verbal communication and how
personality types affect communication styles.  Join us to learn how to

The ability to train others has become a valuable professional skill.  This
class covers all the basics for becoming an effective trainer.  Topics
include: writing training objectives, understanding adult learning, using
activities effectively, creating the presentation and dealing with difficult
participants.  Learn how to create a training program that gets the results
you need.
