Topics will include advanced sorting techniques - 4 column sorts, sorting by rows, sorting by months or days of the week, and sorting by a criteria that you create. The course will also include advanced charting techiques such as combination charts, adding lines and colors to make charts easier to read. We will cover functions and creating your own calculations in more detail.

Outlook Level I is an overview of Outlook. Students will learn about sending and receiving email with and without attachments. Students will learn about message priorities and flagging messages. Students will explore the Outlook calendar and learn how to create and modify appointments and all day events, and plan meetings. Students will learn about creating contacts and flagging contacts for follow up activities. Students will also learn about creating and maintaining tasks. Please note that the Outlook class is not hands on.
