*QUEST University Wellness offers a Lunch-n-Learn Session this month on "Top 10 Ways to Eat Healthy During the Holidays" presented by Jessilyn Arendt, Nutrition Expert. For many, holiday eating has become somewhat of a dread. Deprivation is not the answer to healthy eating, especially during the holidays. Participants will learn how to choose their foods wisely. Eating tips and recipes will be provided to jump-start your way to healthy holiday eating.

FE-CPRAEDH - AED/CPR Heartsaver Course Location: Environmental Health and Safety, Room Training Room Dates: Tuesday, Nov 9, 2004 - Tuesday, Nov 9, 2004 Times: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Class Days: Tuesday Instructed by: Bonnie Martin The Heartsaver AED Course teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and how to use an AED. Students also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking. The course teaches how to recognize the signs of four major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest and foreign-body airway obstruction.
