Looking to develop your technical skills and learn the basics of one the worlds leading presentation software. This course offers basic skills needed to create a PowerPoint presentation.  The course covers using styles, customizing the format of presentations, and adding animation to presentations.

This course is a basic introduction to telephone etiquette and customer service skills.  Learn to develop and utilize listening and speaking skills for better communication between the customer and yourself.  Discover what to do and say when a phone call becomes difficult.
