LGBT Individuals: The Challenges of Disclosure (Brown Bag Lunch)
When lesbian and gay persons are coming out there are many
stressful aspects to the process. Making disclosures to others is one of the
most stressful actions they take. Yet, lesbian and gay persons are increasingly
disclosing their sexual identity to parents, friends and co-workers, among
others.
