Now everyone can learn the invaluable lifesaving skill of CPR anytime anywhere in under 30 minutes. Teach your family and friends and learn to save a life may be yours!

Each participant will receive a kit that includes a reduced-size practice mannequin, a CPR Anytime Skills practice DVD, a CPR resource booklet and other instructional accessories.

Learn what foods and beverages make up a healthy shopping list, where to find these foods and how advertising may influence your selections.  Tips on keeping costs down and nutritional value high will also be discussed.

Grief Sensitivity for Supervisors (T)

There are many ways in which families, friends, co-workers, neighbors and professionals can be supportive of those who have suffered a loss. In this workshop we will point out how people grieve differently and present ways to assist them through this difficult time.

This workshop will provide supervisors and managers the basic tools for helping grieving employees and present guidelines on how to deal with the different phases of grief in the workplace.
