Dealing Effectively with Conflict and Confrontation (8)
If your first response to conflict and confrontation is
fight or flight, then you are responding naturally. However, there is another
solution that comes through knowledge and education. Come learn how to deal
effectively with conflict and discover new ways to make every conflict a
learning experience.

Advance Supervisory Skills: Exercises in the Four Points of
Supervision (T)
This course is a continuation of the discussion that for
many began in our Fundamental Skills for Supervisors class. Participants will
revisit the four points of supervisors and use role-play and dialogue to
explore each point in depth.
