Participants are invited to bring one in-depth problem for
the class to discuss. This seminar is designed to explore real problems and
discover how to develop strategies to map out the problem and discover a real
solution.

Learning To Take Risks (AP)
Stepping outside the box and exposing yourself to ridicule
and criticism is never easy. However, there are times, in order to get your
goals and vision accomplished, you must take a risk. This training class is
designed to help you understand the art of risk taking and explore the concepts
of weighing your risk before you take it.

Fresh Start from Tobacco-Session 1
The Fresh Start From Tobacco program consists of a series of
four seminar series designed to educate and assist individuals who are ready to
make a fresh start from tobacco use. These seminars will cover steps to
understanding addiction, quitting and coping strategies, and receiving help. It
is important to attend all four sessions.

Exam Prep Classes for Administrative Professionals
The International Association of Administrative
Professionals (IAAP) is an association
for office professionals around the world. The local chapter, Arlington Golden Circle is offering review
classes beginning January 11, 2010, for the Certified Professional Secretary
(CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) exams to be held in May
2010. The CPS and CAP exams are
based on the premise that an administrative professional should have basic
knowledge of office systems, technology, office administration, and management,
and know how to apply the principles of good human relations and
communications.
