Participants are invited to bring one in-depth problem for the class to discuss. This seminar is designed to explore real problems and discover how to develop strategies to map out the problem and discover a real solution.

Dealing Effectively with Conflict and Confrontation (8) 

If your first response to conflict and confrontation is fight or flight, then you are responding naturally. However, there is another solution that comes through knowledge and education. Come learn how to deal effectively with conflict and discover new ways to make every conflict a learning experience.
