Welcoming Diversity

This workshop is an experiential, interactive program
designed to promote awareness and increased sensitivity to the many
similarities and differences among individuals and groups in our society. Done in an upbeat, hopeful tone, the
program focuses on developing self-pride, examining stereotypes, and learning
skills in responding to prejudicial jokes, remarks, and slurs. Participants
will also discover how to be more attentive to diversity and racism in the workplace
and community.

Fresh Start from
Tobacco-Session 2
The Fresh Start From Tobacco program consists of a series of
four seminar series designed to educate and assist individuals who are ready to
make a fresh start from tobacco use. These seminars will cover steps to
understanding addiction, quitting and coping strategies, and receiving help. It
is important to attend all four sessions.

In addition, all participants are eligible for a limited

Project Management
(AP)
In today's time-based and cost-conscious global business
environment, tight project deadlines and stringent expectations are the norm.
This course will help participants gain an introduction to project management,
along with essentials skills and techniques necessary for planning and
executing projects on time, on budget, and with maximum efficiency and
productivity.
