Subject: Southwestern Social Science Association 2011 Las Vegas Meeting
I am a student
representative with the Southwestern Sociological Association (SSA), a
Southwestern Social Science Association (SSSA) affliliate. I would like to
invite all graduate and undergraduate students in your Sociology department to
participate in our upcoming meetings to be held in Las Vegas this coming March.
This is a very student-friendly conference and serves as a good introduction to
professional presentations. In addition, the conference holds a student paper
competition at the doctoral, masters, and undergraduate levels.
The call for papers deadline is October 22, 2010.
