Meeting Notes for February 22, 2012

New Officers

* Treasurer-  Jerome Johnson

* Secretary-  Robin McDavid

* Communication Liaison- This position is still available. Responsibilities include designing fliers to advertise SSA events around campus and informing the school paper (The Short Horn) of each event as well.

Fundraiser

·         We are putting together a Bake Sale for Monday, March 5^th from 11am-4pm.

·         Bill- Cheesecake

·         Letecia- Monster Cookies

·         Please email Letecia to add your baked goods to the list

If you aren’t a baker, there are plenty of ways to help out.

·         We still need a few volunteers to set up the table. A group of 3-4 people would be         perfect.

·         Letecia and TiMar are signed up for Mid-Shift, but could always use more lovely SSA faces!

·         We have 3 out of 4 people needed to break down the table. Bill, Jerome, and Stephanie will be covering that closing shift, but 1 more person would be best.
