The deadline for Sociological Insight, the fully peer-reviewed undergraduate sociological research journal at the University of Texas at Austin, is Sunday, November 15! It is our hope that you will notify your sociology undergraduates about this opportunity; attached is a flyer and submission guideline to post in your sociology department or to email to your students.

SI seeks to publish recent, theory-driven, methodologically sound, professionally written academic articles which make important and relevant research findings. Each paper will be anonymously reviewed by at least one UT sociology faculty member, one graduate student, and one undergraduate student. We believe SI to be a practical stepping stone for students aspiring to publish their work in top research journals and to be accepted into top-tier graduate programs around the country.
