I just heard from Stacy's father.  He said that "the youth ministry at New Life Fellowship was Stacy's beloved passion" and that it would "be a perfect ministry to memorialize Stacy".

You should also know that one of the current students has begun the process of setting up a memorial scholarship fund in Stacy's name.  It is very early in the process, so I can't provide direction right now.
