Maverick Service Excellence: The Total Service Experience is a strategic university wide initiative to incorporate excellent service values that will benefit UTA and the communities we serve. The five program topics are the following: SECTION 1-Building Customer Rapport and Goodwill; SECTION 2-How to Communicate with Your Customer; SECTION 3-Handling Problems and Complaints; SECTION 4-Dealing Effectively With Difficult People; and SECTION 5-Project a Positive, Professional Image. This class is highly interactive and includes small group and class discussions, exercises and action planning.

This class is designed to help new employees get to know the basics of what it means to "Be A Maverick" and to assist current faculty and staff connect with the pulse of the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). A light breakfast will be available before our morning presentation.
