As most of you are aware, we will be using a new budget system "Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service" (PBCS) which is a web-based software product. It is the web-based version of Hyperion's on-premise software the university has used for the past few years. As the system was being designed for UTA we took all the survey comments from past years into consideration. We believe budget managers will be pleased with the ease of using the new system. PBCS training begins Monday, January 28th and will run through Friday, February 22nd. Training is mandatory for users who are planning to work on budget data in PBCS. Users who do not attend training will be granted view access only. Training registration information will be sent from Business Technology Services later.
