Good Day Math Grads – It’s that time of year again where UTA is starting the Annual Asset Inventory for devices used On-Campus and Off-Campus. State law requires that each state agency perform an annual physical check of all of their inventory
items. To comply with this requirement, UT Arlington's Property Manager (Chief Financial Officer and Vice President) has delegated the annual reconciliation to each department's primary contact for inventory activity.
Scanning for On-Campus Math devices here at Pickard Hall is scheduled to start this
Friday, February 15st from 08:30 to 11:30am. Myself and someone from the Inventory Management Office we will be coming around to
all the offices/rooms to do inventory.
Your presence and involvement is not necessary while assets are being scanned, but please note the date and times so that we are not interfering with any activities you may have going on. Please note, there might be additional scanning done on
Friday, February 22nd and possibly Friday, March 1st from
08:30 to 11:30am based on results from the previous scanning events.
If there are any changes to these procedures or dates and times of scanning events, I will send out additional email communications. Please let me know if any questions.
