I would say this is a good starting position, It is most likely fully
remote so managing your own time is imperative. The person  you would
report to is amazing.

Salary range depends on previous experience but in full transparency I
would not go asking for 70k unless you have the experience to back it up.
The remote perk is great and the great team is also a perk. You will not be
micro-managed and you will build a great relationship here.  If you have
