UTSIS has identified an issue with a back-end “Elastic Search” function dealing with how the system indexes and searches attachments. This issue is primarily affecting payment vouchers and suppliers at the moment.
You may experience extreme latency when attempting to process payment vouchers. UTSIS is working to resolve these issues but does not currently have an ETA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
