UTSIS has performed an Indexing process, resolving this issue. If you are still experiencing issues processing payment vouchers, please let us know.
UTSIS identified an issue with a back-end “Elastic Search” function, which is how the system searches and process attachments. This issue was primarily affecting payment vouchers and suppliers.
