Purchase Orders (PO’s) for Special Item Requisitions totaling less than $15,000 (excluding purchases for software and/or cloud-based applications/services) will be automatically dispatched via email directly
back to the requester from the following:

It is the responsibility of the requester to forward the PO to the vendor to fulfill the order.
Note: Mav eShop PO’s, excluding occasional processing errors, are dispatched electronically to the vendor and require no action by the requester.
BUS CHARTERS
The University has executed contracts with 6 companies to provide charter bus services through August 31, 2023. These agreements include transportation for all university-related functions, such as day trips within the Dallas/Fort Worth area and overnight
trips to destinations outside the DFW area and Texas. Vendors under contract are:
· Cowtown Charter
· Echo Transportation
· Lone Star Coaches
· Dan Dipert Transportation
· Ash Limo
· Coach USA
Use of these suppliers is mandatory for UTA-related functions/trips that originate from a UTA location. University departments may NOT contract charter bus services with any company aside from these without prior approval of Procurement Services. This is
to ensure any company transporting university faculty, staff, students and/or guests carries the UT System required levels of insurance.
