Accounting Period 7 (March 2023) is now closed. The March statements must be reconciled and approved
by Friday, May 19, 2023.
As a reminder, per UTA BF-AS-PR-07 procedure,
Financial Statement Reconciliation and Annual Department Head Certification,
Account Owners and Managers are responsible for reviewing and approving financial statements to ensure that all cost centers and projects are reconciled and approved monthly. In addition to monthly reconciliations, Department Heads are required to provide
an annual certification for all financial information they have oversight responsibilities. Account Owners are defined as the Budgetary Authority and typically include titles such as PI, Director, Vice President, President, Chair, Dean, or Provost. Department
Heads are defined as Director, Vice President, President, Chair, Dean, or Provost.
