Please remember Spring/ Summer 2016 insurance charge of $1,352.00 will add to your account soon. Spring/ Summer insurance coverage dates are from January 1st until August 14th. The option to waive Spring/ Summer 2016 is open now until February 3rd at https://uta.myahpcare.com/waiver . The Spring and Summer semester must be waived together with coverage dates from January 1st and August 14th. There is no fee to waive your university insurance.  However, if your outside insurance doesn't provide medical evacuation and repatriation there will be a $60 charge placed on your account for medical evacuation and repatriation coverage. This type of coverage is a mandate from the UT System.  If you are planning on waving the insurance please make sure it meets all of the requirements listed on OIE and AHP's websites. http://www.uta.edu/oie/?page=forms&form=HealthInsurance
