  *   Activity Fair Day is a chance for UTA student organizations, departments, and community agencies to showcase their services, interests, and involvement opportunities to the campus community. This event has been held since 1981 and continues to draw a crowd. Activity Fair Day is a prime opportunity to meet face-to-face with an array of campus and community resources. It's a great way to begin or expand your co-curricular involvement.

  *   Enjoy the start of the spring semester the right way, with EXCEL Campus Activities. Glowcade is an event of music, dancing, games and everything to fulfill your glow in the dark needs.

  *   Bring your MAVS team spirit and support our Women’s Basketball team as they play Georgia State. Tickets<https://www.utatickets.com/ticketinfoBB_Stu.php> are FREE with a student ID.
  *   Meet American students and others from around the world at Global Grounds every Thursday! This week, UTA Study Abroad will share opportunities for you to see the world. Yes, international students can study abroad too! Free chai, coffee, and snacks provided!
  *   Do you have questions about working in the United States? Seminars on Optional Practical Training and Curricular Practical Training are offered throughout the semester. Our first OPT session is February 6.


  *   Our free Language Exchange Program partners U.S. students who want to learn a foreign language with International Students who want to improve their English. After you complete a short application, we will match you with a partner as soon as one becomes available. You and your partner can decide on where/when to meet.
