New Human Resources Management System Goes Live Soon!

Phase One of the new Human Resources Management System / Position  
Management (HRMS/PM) will replace the current RPM system effective  
November 3rd.  Beginning October 7th, classes will be offered to  
introduce and train users.  Please join us as we roll out this new and  
simplified software application system.

Enhancements and benefits in this new system will include, but are not  
limited to:

New and improved user interface

Increased concept of a “position” as a foundation for employee  
administration

More user friendly

Ability to create new, non-benefits eligible positions

Automated population of position attributes in posting documents



HRMS-Position Management-Basic Navigation

This class will introduce you to the new HRMS/Position Management  
interface in UT Direct. Attendees will have hands on training to learn  
how to navigate through the new HRMS/Position Management System. A Q&A  
will be offered at the end of the class

Attendees should have a high-assurance EID and access to the current  
RPM system in order to attend training.
