Workshop Overview:

Real Talk/Real Issues: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act,  
(FERPA)

The purpose of this presentation is to provide a basic overview of  
FERPA and the responsibilities of University employees. Acceptable use  
and release of student records, and how to protect a student’s right  
to privacy will also be discussed.
