Advance Supervisory Skills: Exercises in the Four Points of Supervision
This course is a continuation of the discussion that for many began
in our Fundamental Skills for Supervisors class. Participants
will revisit the four points of Supervision and use role-play and
dialogue to explore each point in depth.

Participants will not have to have taken the Fundamental Skills for
Supervisors to attend this course.

Microsoft Access: Queries
Participants will learn how to create basic queries, queries based on
set criteria, queries that prompt for user input, and sorting queries.
What: Microsoft Access: Queries

is the seminar that will help you do just that. If you are a manger,
