Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that the remote shifts are official from next week (see schedule below and let me know if you didn’t get the original email from Ander). Make sure you do the shifter test (I sent the link last week or the week before) and that you attend the coordination meeting at least the week start and end of your shift.

Andrew

Subject: [NEXT-GENERAL] Shifts for April

Date: 21 March 2019 at 11:53:34 CET

To: "[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>" <[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>>

Hi everybody,

please find attached the remote shift calendar for the month of April. Remember that the remote shifter is assigned to monitor the detector status as well as to move to LSC in case one of the on-site staff is not available. Therefore, he/she should be available to travel that week if it's needed.

In addition, after trying out through March the US remote shifter scheme, we have started to assign those shifts.

Please note that there are some shared shifts, those will serve either as a training week for the less experienced and for those with limited availability.

Anyway, the doodle for the rest of the quarter is still up so those who have yet to fill the doodle please do: https://doodle.com/poll/9i4x79xbenkn5frg. If there have been changes in your availability now could be a good moment to update the doodle.

Best regards, Ander.
