Dear Rare Events group, UTA Physics Faculty, and a few others who may enjoy hearing this news:



I’d like to send a big congratulation to graduate student Leslie Rogers, who just won the Judith J Carrier Scholarship from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for her work on NEXT electroluminescent region development.  Here is a photo of Leslie collecting her award at the ceremony this morning.



Congratulations to Leslie - this is a very well deserved recognition of vital contributions to the NEXT-100 TPC!
