We are ecstatic to send you our first eNews via the Undergraduate Research (UGR) listserv. The Office of Undergraduate and Educational Research (OUER) resides under the VP for Research. We strive to provide students with information, resources, services, and support so that they may pursue research, scholarship, and creative works at UTA. OUER works closely with UTA Colleges/Schools and aids faculty’s investment towards providing opportunities for students to learn skills in collaborative inquiry.

The Maverick Advantage program encourages students to participate in experiential learning within 5 distinguishing activities, undergraduate research being one of them!



Once the application is submitted, reviewed, and approved, the student will earn a Maverick Advantage Stole to wear at commencement.
