Some more background. I am primarily looking for people with more data skllls than research skills - front and back end programming, HTML, detail oriented, catch "everything" types (including the missing hyphen above). We do very limited survey design, and our reports are fairly mass produced.
So, I don't need the brilliant brand strategist, the analytics whiz, or the budding methodologists that often graduate MMR programs. As long as they're aware of this going into an interview with me, I will be very happy.

Hi All,
Sorry to bug you outside of our weekly Zoom lunch and learns, but I have an immediate need and could use your help.
I manage a small Research Department of 5 that is about to be struck by an epidemic of motherhood. Two of my teammates will be on Maternity leave starting in June and running through Labor Day (appropriate). Consequently, I am looking for two capable free-lance researchers who would be interested. We do all of the nuts and bolts of design (fairly limited changes to a syndicated survey), field (online to client lists), and data prep/download to standard reporting in house, and sometimes we do custom analyses (thank goodness!), which we farm out to a vendor for tables. (we are all remote)
This is our busy season, so I am looking for one or two people who can pretty much hit the ground running. Please let me know if you have a friend or former colleague who may fit our needs, please either contact me or have that person contact me at [log in to unmask]
